The ESTAS Customer Service Awards is the largest annual event for the UK residential property industry. 

And in 2021 and 2022, Thomas & Thomas were awarded ESTAS in five categories including ‘Best in County’ and ‘Gold Winner’ in the southern region. 

To say that we were delighted is an understatement. but we were also very conscious that these awards were not just representative of a few months of hard work, but rather an on-going commitment to provide a level of service that is consistently outstanding. 

Hosted by the much-loved and well-known television presenter, Phil Spencer, the awards are driven by the ESTAS customer review platform which highlights the best agents, conveyancers and brokers for customer service in the UK. 

The winners are determined purely on verified reviews from customers who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received through the whole moving process.
